Welcome to Sentric ("we", "our", "Sentric"). Sentric is a freemium SaaS product that aggregates customer reviews and provides AI-powered sentiment analysis and actionable insights. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sentric's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing up for a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Sentric. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Sentric operates on a freemium model: we offer a free trial and paid subscription tiers with additional features and higher usage limits. Details about available plans (features, limits, and pricing) are provided on our site and may change from time to time.

Sentric is a fully automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All services are delivered through our automated systems and AI-powered analysis. No human-driven services are involved in the core functionality of our platform.

Customer support is provided through automated systems and, when necessary, our support team. However, the core sentiment analysis, data processing, and insights generation are entirely automated.

Paid subscriptions are processed via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing you authorize us (and Paddle) to charge the payment method you provide. Billing cycles, upgrade and downgrade rules, and billing proration are described on the pricing page and managed by Paddle.

You agree not to use the Service in ways that: (a) violate applicable laws; (b) interfere with the Service or other users; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security; or (d) use automated means to extract data beyond provided APIs or agreed-upon integrations.

Sentric can ingest reviews and feedback via official platform integrations, API endpoints, and user-provided webhook URLs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide or ingest any third-party data into Sentric. We may provide per-user webhook URLs or API keys for secure ingestion; you are responsible for keeping them confidential.

Sentric and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of the data you upload or provide to Sentric.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other business reasons (e.g., non-payment). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation terms are governed by Paddle and your plan details.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We expressly disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of Sentric's insights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentric and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., email or in-app notification) and an opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.
