Retention Recommendation
A practical approach is: raw reviews retained for a short period (e.g., 30–90 days), batch-level analyses retained for a longer period (e.g., 1 year), and aggregated/global summaries retained indefinitely. Exact retention settings can be configured per account in the future.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure; however, we monitor and maintain industry-standard protections and will notify users of breaches as required by law.
